Always try your best, spirit is more important than strength
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts
Arrive in appropriate attire
Respect must be shown toward the instructor, fellow classmates and guests at all times.
Always address the instructor with the appropriate title; Sensei, while in the Dojo.
Remove shoes before entering the Dojo and leave them in the area provided in the entryway.
Remove all jewelry when training.
Cell phones must be on vibrate or turned off when training.
All guests must remain in the main seating/reception area.
Always bow in and out of the training area.
Members must use control when undertaking partner work
Bow to instructor after demonstration of a technique with a verbal confirmation of “osu”
Give the person performing the technique constant feedback.
If you are injured or are feeling pain, tell the instructor immediately
